Senior Care Manager
We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Care Manager to join our Senior Management Team and lead on introduction/ongoing management of our Care at Home service, providing support to older people in their own homes as well as respite to both service users and carers.
You will need an understanding of issues and policies which affect older people, particularly around frailty, loneliness and isolation in rural areas. Experience in the care sector and a minimum of SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare are essential.
An understanding and/or experience in running a care programme effectively within available resources is required for the role.
This role will allow for remote working with a requirement for travel to the office in Helmsdale at times and potentially to other areas across Sutherland.
£13,728 per annum, 16 hours/week, fixed term contract for 1 year, with option for increased hours and permanent post dependent on funding.
