The University of the Highlands & Islands (UHI) runs a BA Hons in Golf Management based in Dornoch. UHI is a multi-campus university with many courses available at places to suit students, including home based on-line study.

Dornoch is also the centre for History and also has a training hotel at Burghfield offereing Hospitailty studies.
