UHI to hold International History Conference in Dornoch

The history of coastal areas will be the focus of an international conference to be held in Dornoch next month. Organsied by the Universtity of the Highlands & Islands Centre for History, the "Firths & Fjords" conference will attract over 70 delegates.
Although most of the programme is addressed at the academic audience, members of the public are invited to the exhibition in the Struie Room of Dornoch Social Club.
The conference will run from Thursday, March 31 until Saturday, April 2 and has been masterminded by Dr David Worthington, head the UHI Centre for History (shown on the right below).
